Mental Health Billing
Many times, mental health benefits differ from medical benefits. To find out your benefit coverage, please call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. If you need assistance, please contact our office using the information above. Our office will assist in getting authorization and will bill your insurance for you.
Copays & charges not covered by your insurance are due at the time of service.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved for you. We must receive notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance or we reserve the right to charge you a maximum of $50 or refer you to another agency.
Any client having testing done at our office is responsible for a one-time fee of $20 to cover the materials used for testing. This fee is due at your initial appointment and is not payable by insurance.
Self Pay & Payment Plans
If you do not have insurance, please call our office for fees. If you need to make payments towards your account balance, we will work with you to set up a payment plan for you.
